, while networking within the Meat Industry, is committed to offering the highest quality of education information and mediums that fulfills the goals and expectations of those whom we serve.
In light of regional and gobal concerns for health and wellness, the CPMCA promotes standardized training methods in all areas of the Meat Industry across Canada. With this viewpoint, the CPMCA endeavours to provide a medium for academic/teaching knowledge and resources to be gathered, assembled, cored, and maintained in the form of a standard curriculum, for the use of both practitioners and trainers in the Meat Industry. In other words, we encourage a code of ethical conduct and a high level of professionalism within the Meat Industry in Canada. In promoting professionalism, the CPMCA advocates networking and the exchange of information between members and other professional associations, providing a means of expressing views and trends within the Meat Industry.
